This week!

We had a fabulous 5 Days!

We celebrated Earth Day. During All school meeting we stated our pledge to the school.

"We pledge to make signs to help give reminders on ways to help the earth.

We led the school to the FA garden where we planted our flag that was designed by the class.

On Thursday we enjoyed a wonderful performance of Room on a Broom at the Z.

It was exciting to see the characters come to life!

It was nice to see such a nice turn out at Arts and Poetry Night. The children were so proud to give you a tour and share their work.

Literacy

* We finished our 6 Animal Research questions

* Focused on the letter V

* Here/they (new sight words)

* Designed our habitats (in art class they made their animals using clay)

* Began to write our Grandfriend Poems

Math

* Counting coins

* Nature walk with our buddies

* Reviewed number stories (addition and subtraction)

We will be working hard to prepare for our Grandfriend to come on Friday.

It's a wonderful day with many lasting memories made!
